CARLISLE, Pa. –Sergeant Santa is coming to town! On Saturday, Dec. 6 from 1 pm to 3 pm at the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center in Carlisle, the Army Heritage Center Foundation will ring in the holidays with its popular Annual Sergeant Santa appearance, which is free and open to the public.
