Sadler Health Center Welcomes Optometrist Dr. Troy Hosey
MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (June 16, 2025) – Sadler Health Center is pleased to welcome Dr. Troy Hosey as the new optometrist serving patients at its West Shore Center located at 5210 E. Trindle Road in Mechanicsburg. Dr. Hosey brings a strong commitment to personalized, high-quality eye care for individuals and families in our community.At Sadler, Dr. Hosey provides a full range of vision services including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and pre- and post-operative evaluations for cataract procedures. He also manages and treats chronic and acute conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration and dry eye.
Dr. Hosey is board certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and the Pennsylvania Board of Optometry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in medical technology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and both a bachelor’s degree in visual services and a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

Sadler’s vision services are open to all patients – no prior relationship with Sadler is required. Located at Mechanicsburg’s West Shore Center, these services are available for both children and adults and include comprehensive eye exams, diagnosis and treatment of various eye conditions, and an affordable selection of eyewear for the whole family.
To help make care accessible to all, Sadler accepts most vision insurance plans and offers a sliding fee discount program based on household size and income.
Vision care is part of Sadler’s integrated “medical mall” model, which brings together primary care, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, lab and Express Care services – all conveniently located under one roof.
