Accounting Coordinator

Home Imagined is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support our team and day-to-day financial operations.

Position Details

  • Part-time (20–25 hours/week)
  • Schedule TBD, with opportunity for growth

Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting, QuickBooks Online, and Excel required
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Microsoft Teams/Outlook experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage QuickBooks accounts, vendor bills, and customer payments
  • Review purchase orders with AR and AP
  • Track customer deposits and balances
  • Prepare weekly reports and complete monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with POS updates, Excel tasks, and administrative support to leadership
  • Collaborate with team members across departments
