Home Imagined is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support our team and day-to-day financial operations.
Position Details
- Part-time (20–25 hours/week)
- Schedule TBD, with opportunity for growth
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting, QuickBooks Online, and Excel required
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Microsoft Teams/Outlook experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage QuickBooks accounts, vendor bills, and customer payments
- Review purchase orders with AR and AP
- Track customer deposits and balances
- Prepare weekly reports and complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist with POS updates, Excel tasks, and administrative support to leadership
- Collaborate with team members across departments
