One-Page Tabletop Gaming

In this four-session class, you’ll learn how to design and publish your own one-page tabletop roleplaying game (TTRPG) or adventure game from scratch! Whether you are a new designer or just looking for a creative outlet, this class will guide you from concept to publication, culminating in publishing your game online. We will cover themes, mechanisms, art, and design. No experience or expensive tools required — just your imagination! 

John Mulligan is an ENNIE-nominated independent tabletop game designer. His published games blend the storytelling of roleplaying games (TTRPGs) with the mechanisms of board games, one of which will be in the upcoming Roll for Learning: Micro Tabletop Role-Playing Games to Use in the Classroom published by Carnegie-Mellon University ETC Press.
