Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland & Perry Counties (DVSCP) will be hosting its annual Candlelight Vigil to honor and remember the women and children of Cumberland and Perry Counties who’ve lost their lives tragically to domestic/intimate partner violence. The Vigil will be held on Thursday, October 16, at the Camp Hill Borough Building.
The event will commemorate Domestic Violence Awareness Month and will include various speakers. The Silent Witness Exhibit will also be on display representing 18 of the domestic violence victims in Cumberland and Perry Counties. A candle lighting ceremony held in their honor will be followed by a community reception with light refreshments.
